30-Day Return Policy

At Bait Connection, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition from the original invoice date.

If your product is in new, store-ready condition, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit—whichever works best for you.

We strive to keep returns simple, but please note: an unusually high number of returns within a 12-month period may affect your eligibility for future store credit.

Returns made after 30 days or for items that can't be restocked may still qualify for store credit at our discretion. Items that have been used—especially baits or tackle—cannot be returned.

If your purchase was made using Afterpay, it is eligible for a refund only. For Afterpay orders returned more than 30 days from the invoice date, you’ll receive Bait Connection store credit equal to the item’s value.

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. These orders will include a prepaid UPS Ground return label inside the box. If you choose to use this label, please allow 7–10 business days for the package to arrive back at Bait Connection.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally are not eligible for free return shipping. The same goes for oversized and drop-shipped items.
