Shipping policy

Bait Connection processes orders Monday - Friday. Any orders placed by 1pm MST (3pm EST) will be shipped same day. Each order will provide an estimated arrival date at the time the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to update.

Free Shipping

Bait Connection offers free shipping on all orders $49 and up. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 1-5 business days. We are currently only offering USPS as a shipping carrier. USPS offers very comprehensive tracking information. 

USPS Ground Advantage

The Ground Advantage shipping service from USPS is typically 2-5 business days for delivery. Ground Advantage delivers to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States and $100 Insurance is included.

USPS Priority

The Priority Padded Envelope service from USPS is 1-3 days for delivery. USPS Priority Padded Envelopes deliver to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions and Freely Associated States and include $100 insurance.
