Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or internationally are not eligible for free return shipping. The same goes for oversized and drop-shipped items.

30-Day Return Policy

At Bait Connection, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition from the original invoice date.

If your product is in new, store-ready condition, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit—whichever works best for you.

We strive to keep returns simple, but please note: an unusually high number of returns within a 12-month period may affect your eligibility for future store credit.

If your purchase was made using Afterpay, it is eligible for a refund only. For Afterpay orders returned more than 30 days from the invoice date, you’ll receive Bait Connection store credit equal to the item’s value.

Why the Angry Craw Works

The Angry Craw’s floating blend (no salt) and harder plastic keep the claws standing in a defensive pose on the pause, while the thin tips flutter on the fall. It’s tough enough for jig duty, lively enough to fish solo on a Texas Rig, and scented to make bass hold on.

Benefits That Convert

  • Floating claws: stand-up, “defend me” posture that draws strikes on the pause.
  • Hard plastic blend: durable as a jig trailer; survives multiple fish.
  • No salt + buoyant body: keeps the bait upright and animated instead of sinking lifeless.
  • Efficient appendages: thin tips kick with light rod pops; moves water without a big pull.
  • Compact 3.5″ profile: slips through cover and skips docks; “snack” size that still gets big bites.
  • Garlic scent: encourages fish to hold on longer for cleaner hooksets.
  • Match-the-hatch colors: naturals and laminates (Bama, Okeechobee, GP, Junebug, etc.).
  • Made in USA: small-batch pours for consistent quality.

Best Rigs (When & Why)

  • Jig Trailer (football/flipping/swim): claws rise on pauses; add subtle kicks on hops.
  • Texas Rig (1/8–3/8 oz): pitch wood/grass; most bites happen on the fall.
  • Free Rig / Tokyo: natural glide with stand-up posture when the weight hits bottom.
  • Carolina Rig: drag shell beds & points to cover water and find active fish.
  • Finesse/Compact jig or stand-up head: trim a little from the head for a smaller profile; bait still stands up.

Risk-Free Try

Not sure which color will be your new confidence craw? Grab a couple of laminates and a natural and fish them side-by-side.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many baits per pack?

Each pack contains 6 Angry Craws poured in small batches for consistent quality.

Do they float?

Yes. The floating, no-salt blend keeps the claws standing in a defensive pose at rest and lively on the fall.

Are they scented?

Light garlic scent to make bass hold on longer for cleaner hooksets.

Will they hold up as a jig trailer?

Yes. The harder plastic is made for jig duty. Tip: thread fully past the keeper and add a tiny dab of gel superglue for maximum durability.

Best hook & weight for a Texas Rig?

2/0–3/0 EWG or straight-shank flipping hook; start with 3/16 oz (go 1/8–3/8 oz based on depth/cover).

What colors should I pick?

Clear: Green Pumpkin, Watermelon Seed/Red. Stained/grass: Okeechobee, Bama Craw. Tannic/low light: Junebug, Black & Red. Muddy/night: Black & Blue, Sapphire Blue.

Any rigging tips?

Trim ~¼" from the head for a compact jig profile; pinch one claw for a “broken craw” look; on a Free Rig it glides and then stands up when the weight hits bottom.

Care & storage?

Keep baits in the original bag. Don’t mix with heavy-salt plastics (protects buoyancy) and avoid high heat/direct sun to prevent warping or color bleed.
